Ice Cream

Ice Cream is the standalone home under construction for campaigns, lists, outreach, and qualified seller intake. Its lifecycle ends when an intake becomes a canonical Project.

Market selections can arrive from Heck and qualified intakes can become Projects in dOS. Seller PII, consent state, skip-trace output, and communication history stay inside Ice Cream.

The standalone build is in progress. Today's working implementation still lives inside dOS while its schema and handoff contracts are made reproducible.
